What forms of payment does StylePatch.com accept?
StylePatch.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. StylePatch.com currently does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Does StylePatch.com offer International Shipping?
Currently StylePatch.com ONLY SHIPS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our international shipping policy.

When will my order ship?
All orders received before 2PM EST will normally ship the next business day, or one to two days thereafter, pending all items are in stock and credit is approved. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders placed between 2PM EST Friday, through Monday 2PM EST will ship on Monday, pending availability and credit approval. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 2PM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

How do I track my order?
Within 24-48 hours of placing an order you will receive a shipment notification from USPS with tracking information. If you do not receive this email contact us at orders@stylepatch.com for your tracking information.

What is StylePatch.com's policy for returns and exchanges?
YOU MUST SEND BACK ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. You can exchange or return merchandise by mail within 21 days of receipt of purchase. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
